Trump Candle: Custom Sculptural 3D Caricature

Alright, we all know that ever since Trump got re-elected, the world’s been kinda upside down! From slapping tariffs on friendly countries to all sorts of drama in Europe and beyond. But hey, we’re not here for politics! All of this just gave us the perfect excuse to create a hilarious Trump candle!

The Idea Behind the Trump Candle

We wanted something funny, kinda caricature-like, and of course, a sculptural candle that you could actually light up (or just keep for laughs). So, we started with a hand sketch—our take on Trump in a chubby, exaggerated, and totally amusing style!

Once we nailed the sketch, it was time to bring it to life in 3D. We used iPad Pro and the newly released ZBrush for iPad to sculpt the model. Honestly, the whole process was super fun, and the final design turned out ridiculously funny! Imagine Trump, cartoonish and over-the-top, looking like he’s about to make some wild speech! :))

3D Printing the Model

With the 3D model ready, next up was printing. Since we needed a high-quality piece to make a silicone mold, we had to go all in on the details. We used the Halot Sky 3D printer by Creality and printed it at 14 cm height. The result? A clean, crisp print with all the details intact.

Once the print was done, we had to cure it properly to make sure it was solid and ready for mold-making. This step is super important because if the print isn’t cured well, the molding process can get messy.
